Second World, Second Sex

Mila Turajlic was awarded a Chicken & Egg Pictures Development Grant, supported by Netflix’s Fund for Creative Equity, for her development of her documentary Second World, Second Sex.

The grant was created “in response to the reality that it is challenging for women and non-binary filmmakers to make a living in documentary, especially when they are fundraising for a new project”.
