Night of Ideas

Daniel Levin Becker together with OuLiPo members Eduardo Berti and Paul Fournel, will lead two workshops during Villa Albertine’s Night of Ideas festival in New York. The sessions will offer an introduction to generative literary forms and constraints, ranging from the alphabetical to the macro-narrative. Participants’ creations, developed through these exercises, will be presented later in the evening, demonstrating how freedom of expression can take surprising and creative shapes when it is deliberately and precisely limited.
