Sabelo Mlangeni

Ngiyobona Phambili
SNF RENDEZ-VOUS
Reid Hall | 4, rue de Chevreuse, 75006 Paris
Free and open to the public

Sabelo Mlangeni’s Ngiyobona Phambili – “I will cross the bridge when I get there” – is a pop-up action (exhibition) that traces his journey through diverse lands, considering history through place. Engaging and uniting open landscapes, Mlangeni confronts the frustration of working outside of his comfort zone, unpacking the politics of collective memory and belonging.

This exhibition is co-curated with Ntshepe Tsekere Bopape.
