Ukraine’s Musical Heritage

Anna Stavychenko of the 1991 Project was interviewed by the Philharmonie de Paris about her work on integrating Ukrainian musicians into French orchestras.

“In all, we have managed to place around thirty Ukrainian musicians in French phalanges. Some have been in France since April or May 2022 and are still working with the Orchestre de Paris, the Orchestre national de Lyon, the Orchestre national d’Île-de-France, the Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse or the Orchestre national de Metz.”
