Restituer ? L’Afrique en quête de ses chefs-d’oeuvre

Nora Philippe’s documentary Restituer ? L’Afrique en quête de ses chefs-d’œuvre will be screened on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Cinéma Utopia Saint-Siméon in Bordeaux.

The screening is part of the 22nd Rencontres cinématographiques “La classe ouvrière, c’est pas du cinéma” (February 4–7, 2026), a four-day programme of films, debates, and round tables dedicated this year to “Decolonizing our gaze”, bringing together filmmakers, researchers, and activists to rethink colonial legacies through cinema.
