Cineuropa Prize 2025

On November 11, Kamal Aljafari received the 2025 Cineuropa Prize in recognition of his career and his unique perspective on memory, territory and the political power of images. In addition, his latest film, With Hasan in Gaza, won the International Competition at the 66th Festival dei Popoli, and at the MedFilm Festival it received both the prize for Best Euro-Mediterranean Co-Production and the Amnesty International Human Rights Award.
