Books at Berlinale

Guadalupe Nettel’s novel Still Born (La hija única) has been selected for Books at Berlinale 2026, a program highlighting literary works with strong potential for screen adaptation. Chosen from nearly 100 submissions, the book will be presented at a pitch event on 16 February 2026 during the Berlinale Co-Production Market, which brings together film producers and literary rights holders from around the world.
