The release of Alessandra Ciucci’s latest book, The Voice of the Rural, will be celebrated at the Heyman Center on November 16.
The Voice of the Rural (2022) addresses the contemporary experiences of migrant Moroccan men by examining their imagined relationship to the rural through sound. The event will be in-person and streamed online.
