The "Rendez-vous ukrainien" celebrates the achievements of Reid Hall's Harriman Residents during their year spent in Paris.

Columbia Global Centers | Paris, the Institute for Ideas and Imagination, 1991 Project and the Embassy of Ukraine in France are delighted to invite you to:

This two-day festival will be hosted at Reid Hall on 11 July and 15 July 2023.

Discussion “Civil mobilization during the war: history, strategies, goals” with the participation of Nikita Grigorov and Mykola Riabchuk (in Ukrainian)

6 p.m.

Open rehearsal of the Quatuor Bleu et Or (art director – Anna Stavychenko) with the following program:
Відкрита репетиція квартету «Блакить і золото» (арт-директорка – Анна Ставиченко)
(with an introduction in Ukrainian and French)

  • Victoria Vita Poleva, Walking on waters, 2013
  • Borys Lyatoshynsky, String Quartet No. 4 (Suite on Ukrainian Folksong-Themes), Op. 43, 1943
  • Zoltan Almashi, Carpathian Song, 2020

This rehearsal is part of the program with which the Quartet will open the Festival de Glanum.
