Éliane Radigue Conference

Reid Hall | 4, rue de Chevreuse, 75006 Paris
Free and open to the public

This is a two-day conference.

For over 60 years, the prolific French composer Éliane Radigue has remained unflinchingly dedicated to crafting her own artistic voice, operating largely outside of official and institutional channels. In 2023, Contemporary Music Review will release a special issue celebrating Radigue’s extraordinary career and output of creative works. To supplement this issue, this two-day symposium at Columbia’s Global Center in Paris will feature papers published in that journal as well as new scholarship in the field by scholars from across the globe. 18 presentations will cover topics from Radigue’s early feedback works to her more recent OCCAM Ocean series, in formats ranging from performance-lectures to readings.

These conferences are free to attend, but registration is required.
